April 2006 Summary

By nearly every measurement, April as a whole saw much improvement over the previous several months. In the past twelve months, only October 2005 was significantly better. Even so, however, April had some really rough moments. On three occasions I engaged in intentional "self-harm" behavior for the first time over ten years. Still, there are reasons to be optimistic. The final week of the month was mostly excellent. We'll see if the improved mood lasts into the month of May . . .

March 2006 Update

March saw a slight improvement over February. However, overall things are still very difficult. The best number for March is my Xanax usage, the lowest since last October.
